Nicely done, but the ears... there's something not quite right about the ears... the facial bones and neck are nicely fitted to a real person. I like the hair, it's very anime-esque, but probably not realistic... but I have to say, the ears just seem off, a deviation from that. Maybe the person wasn't meant to be a mouse. I imagine that this was based off of a real person. I like the shaking hand and the way the match is drawn as well.
